The artificial intelligence has developed rapidlly from the training of large language models to the inference applications.The amount of data processed by AI servers continues to rise, with the single-channel Serdes rate exceeding 112Gbps. This requires a significant improvement in PCB technology; higher layer counts, smaller feature sizes, higher reliability, and the application of new materials pose greater challenges to PCB manufacturing.
