The Company strictly complies with the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China and the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Rights and Interests of Consumers , among other laws and regulations. Adhering to a customercentric principle and a service philosophy oriented towards customer needs, we have established and improved a quality management system, and have obtained the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification. We consistently prioritize product quality and customer service, striving to provide high-quality products and an excellent service experience. During the reporting period, the Company's products obtained certifications such as domestic product standards, CE (MD), and CE (EMC), and no product-related negative incidents occurred.
